Breeding pedigree Persian cats in
Bicolour (Van, Harlequin and Classic patterns) Self & NonSelf,
Chinchilla, Silver & Golden.
We breed kittens for ourselves, in the pursuit of breeding
the elusive perfect show cat.
To this end we obviously produce
kittens we cannot keep, be they kittens best suited for show,
breeding or pets.
Therefore the kittens below are available as
we sadly cannot keep them all!!!
Please note that our PET kittens are sold with a strict
spay or neuter agreement and proof is required from a vet
before
the registration certificate will be released.
(This
merely involves returning the completed form you will be given when you
buy the kitten, after it is neutered).
We may require
references when selling to other breeders.
Our kittens are well socialised,
handled and loved so they settle quickly and easily into their
new homes.
When enquiring, please do tell me lots about
your family, your lifestyle, location, pet experience if any,
and anything else you think may be influential in me letting
you have my kittens.

Notice to Prospective Owners
Kittens are not offered to all who apply, we
care very much that they have permanent, loving and safe homes to go
to where they will be thoroughly spoiled and unconditionally
loved. We choose to breed Persians because
out of all the many beautiful feline breeds there are, we love them
the best. In each litter we are looking for potential show
prospects, but understandably not all kittens necessarily meet the
strict showing criteria or are suitable for our breeding
programme. This means that we sometimes have pet kittens
available for loving laps in devoted, permanent
homes.
Kittens are only considered "reserved" upon
receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £150 on pet kittens, 25% of
the purchase price for show or breeding kittens, and all are sold
under a contract of care. Deposits are considered as a serious
commitment to a kitten and payment for boarding, grooming and lost
opportunities for placement if a buyer changes their mind.
However, I reserve the right to refuse to sell without
explanation at any time if I feel it to be in the best interests of
the kitten and, in that case, any deposit which has been paid,
would, of course, be refunded. Pet kittens have to be neutered
at six months of age. and the certificates supplied have
to be returned to the breeder at this time as veterinary
confirmation of this.
All our kittens go to their new
homes complete with our comprehensive Demelza Kitten Care Booklet
which gives advice on feeding, grooming, safety and general
care; fully and reliably litter trained, an accurate and full
pedigree; vaccination certificate, Royal Canin kitten booklet and free bag voucher and a toy or two. They
are fully examined by our knowledgeable vet and vaccinated twice
against flu and entiritis, as well as wormed and treated with
Stronghold to guard against contracting fleas which means they are
always at least 13 weeks of age when they leave us, as the GCCF
advises. They are also insured for the first four weeks in their new
homes using Pet Plan, when they are at their most vulnerable.
Although not a condition of sale, we strongly recommend you
continue with the kittens insurance once the free period expires.
New kitten owners are expected to sign a contract whereby should the
kitten be unable to stay in his or her new home, he will be returned
to the breeder, and promising to lovingly care him or her for and
neuter the kitten at the appropriate time of six months.
This contract includes a clause whereby the kitten
will ONLY be allowed outside into a totally cat secure garden if
supervised at all times.
We are always at the end of the
telephone or e-mail for help and advice if necessary, or just to
hear news of our babies throughout their lives, and we love to
receive photographs, of course. Seeing pictures of our kittens
growing up, and then as adults, can really helps us
to plan our future breeding programmes.

Rainbow Bridge
When an animal dies that has been especially close to
someone, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows
and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play
together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our
furry friends are warm, happy and comfortable.
All the animals who
had been ill and old are restored to vigour: those who were hurt and
maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in days
gone by.
The animals are happy and content apart from one
thing.....they miss someone who was very special to them and who had to be
left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when
one suddenly stops and looks into the distance...the bright eyes are
intense....the little body quivers.
Suddenly he breaks away from the
group, racing over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and
faster.
You have been spotted!
And when you and your special
friend finally meet, you cling together in a joyous reunion, never to be
parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your
hands once again caress his beloved head
and you look lovingly
into the trusting eyes of your beloved pet, long gone from your life but
never absent from your heart.
